Mana Portal (notification)

  • Establishing the Farsi sub-portal of the Central Library and subsidiary centers for the management of Medical Information and Scientific Resources
  • Creating the sub-portal of the Center for Systematic Studies and Review
  • Setting up the English sub-portal of the Central Library, the Digital Library, and the Scientific Research Center of systematic Studies and Review
  • Addressing the technical issues related to the Central Library portal and its associated sub-portals within the purview of Medical Information and Scientific Resources Management
  • Conducting training courses for representatives of sub-portal centers managed by Medical Information and Scientific Resources
  • Providing periodic performance reports Optimizing content production based on the Operational Plan
  • Managing sub-portal content provision, architecture, quality control, uploading, publication, and feedback
  • Handling related administrative correspondence.

Arian Web Library Portal

  • Address and resolve technical issues with the central library portal and the sub-portals of the centers managed by the Medical Information and Scientific Resources department
  • Setting up the university portal contract and monitoring its performance
  •  Coordinate with support experts from the Arian web library portal to make edits to library requests
  • Engage with library staff to tackle challenges associated with Arian web libraries
  • Manage related administrative correspondence

Employee Performance Evaluation

Please ensure that the following tasks are diligently carried out:

  • Collaborating on the development and establishment of specific performance indicators and evaluation criteria for the various units
  • Adhering to the guidelines for performance evaluation and completing the requisite documentation
  • Overseeing and conducting performance appraisals for managers and employees, and preparing a comprehensive report on the evaluation findings for presentation to the relevant organizational authority
  • Monitoring the effective implementation of programs and the performance of subordinate units, analyzing evaluation outcomes, and providing pertinent recommendations
  • Managing all related administrative correspondence

Operational Plan

  • Investigating and measuring productivity to assess the organization's goal achievement
  • Monitoring unit performance in alignment with the operational plan to ensure commitments are met
  • Facilitating coordination between medical information management and scientific resource units
  • Maintaining open communication with employees to identify organizational shortcomings from their perspective
  • Overseeing employee work methods, fostering coordination, and facilitating task allocation
  • Ensuring work processes adhere to guidelines and standards
  • Providing guidance to employees to enhance job performance
  • Prioritizing tasks based on the operational plan
  • Planning and setting project durations
  • Delivering progress reports to organizational stakeholders
  • Managing relevant administrative correspondence
