Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the annual report based on scientific indicators, and upload it to the scientific website.

- Continuously update the scientific evaluation system of university faculty members, including registering and completing scientific profiles of new faculty members monthly.

- Manage the removal and transfer of faculty members within the science measurement system.

- Responsively address feedback from academic staff members via scientific email and rectify any errors.

- Input information of academic faculty members categorized by research/teaching faculty, educational groups, educational hospitals, and research centers.

- Conduct face-to-face or telephone individual training sessions for faculty members to assist in adding and editing articles in the scientific profiles.

- Organize workshops to empower academic staff members in editing and managing scientific profiles.

- Ensure 100% completion of research profiles for all faculty members in the science measurement system.

- Prepare documents and present a 6-month science report on the science site.

- Extract scientometric scores of academic staff members and researchers to identify top performers.

- Review the profiles of academic staff members on Scopus within the science measurement system, and merge, remove, or add articles manually as needed every month.

- Provide statistical information related to scientometrics as requested by the Vice-President of Research.

- Review faculty members' articles on PubMed weekly.

- Examine faculty members' articles in essential sciences indicator annually to identify top researchers.

- Review the articles of academic staff members in ISI monthly.
