Technical issues of theses
- Managing dissertation CD content, including .doc file, PDF, and minutes of the defense meeting
- Packaging the CD and affixing the registration number label on the cover
- Inputting thesis information into the comprehensive software system of Arian Library
- Verifying the accuracy of the entered information in the comprehensive software system of Arian Library
- Uploading the PDF file into the comprehensive software system of Arian Library
- Entering the thesis CD registration number into the system
- Organizing the thesis CD in the CD archive based on the registration number in the comprehensive software system of Arian Library
- Monitoring and addressing potential issues with viewing and accessing theses in the comprehensive software system of Arian Library

Regulations for theses usage
- All active members of the comprehensive library software of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (Arian), including students, faculty members, and staff, are eligible to access and utilize the available upload theses.

Accessing the theses
- Dissertations are not available for borrowing from the central library. However, members can study and take notes by using the Arian library software.
- The central library provides digital copies of university theses to members free of charge through the library's comprehensive software.
- Users can view bibliographical information, Persian and Latin abstracts, and the entire text within the Arian library software. However, downloading, printing, or copying the digital file is not permissible.
- Users can download the initial 10 pages of the thesis, including the Persian abstract and table of contents.
- The author, supervisor, and advisor may be provided with the thesis's Word and PDF files upon presenting a valid ID card if necessary.

Required documentation for thesis submission and settlement with the central library:
- Submission of a CD containing the full-text file of the thesis in .doc and PDF formats
- Confirmation that the minutes of the defense meeting are included in the thesis text.
