- Facilitating discussions with the Chancellor, Vice-chancellors, and administrative staff to exchange opinions and make decisions to improve rankings
- Following up on meeting minutes and implementing management and assistant actions to improve the university's rank
- Ensuring news coverage of the university's performance in different rankings on the university website
